My projects always start with combined and detailed research and take photos to record the development of my projects. the critical thinking permit me to choose the most suitable inspirations. and the drawing and material test allow my design more wearable and create a strong sense to wear.
I repair broken objects with threads in different ways. And I draw my ideas and test with different materials. At last, I make sure to use acrylic and resin to repair the wood pieces.
How to repair scraps is central in my projects. In this project, I force on how to stitch different scraps together. During this project, I researched the ideas about how to repair jewellery and scraps jewellery,especially how the designers stitch jewellery to repair. And this idea inspirited me to find some materials which cannot reuse such as MDF wood, acrylic board or broken resin pieces, design and repair them. In my project, I response to how these scraps wear on my body comfortably with strong colour. This influences my final design to create a strong sense to wear.
